The sentimental starter choice the moveset logic is pretty simple fly for mobility and stab. You have very good pokemon there but to create the best team you would have to tell us if it is for competitive battle or only in game battling. If this is your case it is up to you cause with the pokemons that you have you can easily beat the e4.

Despite how overrated charizard maybe it s still my favorite kanto starter by a longshot. Flamethrower and fly are stab plus fly is really useful for getting around. Lapras and articuno are your best bets.
Lapras has the edge as it gets stab surf and you already have a fly user that is 4x weak to rocks. The fossils are a write off because you get them all at level 5 near the end of the game. Not worth the effort.
